Just woundering is it possible for someone to use WD TV live to remotely acess my server if i give them permission. I cant find anywhere on how to set up a wd tv live to access plex
No, this is not possible.
The WDTV live is a pure DLNA device, and DLNA only works within the local network.
You need a “real” Plex client: https://www.plex.tv/apps/
