We need IPV6 support

Hi Plex Team,

I’d like to report a longstanding issue: the Plex main application still lacks full IPv6 support.

As more home networks and ISP environments default to IPv6, this lack of support is impacting remote access and overall user experience. For an application focused on network distribution and media services, IPv6 compatibility is indeed crucial.

Thank you very much for your efforts, and I look forward to updates regarding IPv6 support.

We’re almost there :crossed_fingers:

Many pieces are already fully ipv6 capable but there are some outstanding infrastructure bits that need to get addressed still.

Thank you for your hard work. We IPv4 users finally see a glimmer of hope. We look forward to overcoming these challenges soon and achieving full IPv6 support. Keep up the great work!
