I have 2 accounts that I use one is admin for servers etc…
other is a general account that I use to watch TV, Movies etc from my servers etc…

When ever I try to login using my general account I get to the Meet your TV concierge. After that no matter what I select it takes my to my admin account pin…

That is not where I want to go. I cant watch anything anymore unless I use the Admin account and that’s not what’s its for.

So how do I get to use my general account?

Thing is I’m login to my admin account to post this but it shows my general account user in the top right .

Have you tried deleting all cookies and site data for app.plex.tv ( or for IP if you use the bundled).

Since you main account has a Plex Pass have you considered adding your “general” account to it’s Plex Home that way you can just use the account switcher.
