Hey,
I can no longer reach plex via the web interface.
If I go to 192.x.x.x: 32400 / web via the browser, I get an error message.
This since I tried to make plex accessible from outside.
We succeeded, but the web interface is not working yet.
You cannot reach the web interface from your home network or from outside?
What happens if you use the hosted version? https://app.plex.tv/desktop
The hosted version is generally preferred, as it is always up to date with latest features & fixes. The version included with PMS is almost always a few releases behind.

but first says that it is an unsafe connection
The server’s security certificate doesn’t cover local connections. Not an issue since it is between your PC and server on your own network. The packets do not hit the Internet.
You can add an exception in your browser so you do not see the “Your connection is not private” message every time.
