Webhooks not working while watching on some devices

Hey,

I’m running Plex Media Server on my Qnap NAS. I tested out Webhooks. They work realy fine for me. All Data were fired when i use Plex Media Player on my Windows PC or from my Android Phone. But when i use Plex Media Player on Nvidia Shield or on my LG OLED TV, no webhooks were fired. How is that possible?

Shield and LG TV are connected by LAN, PC and Smartphone with Wifi. Could there be the Problem?

Problem is not the Player Device. Its something with the Metadatas. Somehow my MQTT Gateway cant expand the JSON Data sometimes. idk why
