Webhooks stopped working in iOS and tvOS 16!

I used to have webhooks working fine. Today I noticed webhooks were no longer firing.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Server Version#: 1.29.0.6244 and 1.29.1.6260 (Running on a MacMini)
Player Version#: Latest tvOS build

Short update:
The problem seams to be related to iOS 16/tvOS 16. I have an old AppleTV with tvOS 14.7 and webhooks works great on this Apple TV! I updated it to tvOS 16 and as soon as I did that webhooks stoped working.

After som more playing around I notised that the Plex device namne was ”Apple TV” and not "Livingroom” as before. The problem is thes the Plex client doesn’t send the same device name as before. (Same problem in Plex for iOS)

Please have a look at this to see if it’s something that can be fixed in the client or let us set the device name manually in the client. I have tree AppleTVs in the house and I do not want the same webhooks to be triggered on all of these AppleTVs

Perfect! Then it’s “easy”. Either Plex manages to meet Apple’s (completely reasonable requirements) or they add a setting in the Plex Client where you we set a device name :slight_smile:
