I’ve bought a brand new LG Smart Ultra 4k TV which is currently running the webOS 5.0, installed the TV and also added plex without issue from their app store, I logged into plex however none of my Media servers are showing in the LG APP so i cant stream and movies to this TV? its also not showing in my authorized devices on the PC which runs PLEX? we’ve switched back to the Early version on the LG TV but still nothing… any ideas what we can do go get this to work? Plex is running the most up to date server 1.19.5.3112
If the TV isn’t showing up under your authorized devices, you may have linked it to the wrong account. Try signing out and back in to get a new link code. Then make sure you are signing into the correct Plex account to enter the code.
