LG 4k 2016 WebOS 3.0 50uh635v doesn't show up in authorized devices

plex app Smart tv show WebOS 3.3.0 and plex versión 4.13.1
in web account go tab autorized devices before show my Smart tv but now not. its show my other devices but the 50uh635v Disappeared, i close sesión in Smart and link again but not show
because now doesn’t show up and before if I did

all devices link whith my account user
