Webplayer shows unexpected error for large shows

Hi,

I just installed plex on a new server and I can’t open the overview page (the one that shows all seasons) of shows with a lot of episodes. The webplayer says unexpected error. On my Fire TV Stick I can actually open the overview page, but it seems to be rather slow. On another server with the same content everythings seems fine. Anyone has an idea where to start looking? I see 100% CPU utilization while trying to open the overview page, but besides that there seems to be nothing noteworthy.

I’ll attach my server log, but again I don’t see anything unusual.

Make sure your server is finished with any ‘library updates’ or ‘meta data downloads’.
Then let it optimize its database.
Wait 2 minutes.
Then try again.
