Plex web not playing a TV show

I’m logged into the server and opened up the web player and tried watching ‘The Simpsons - S33E14’ and I just get a spinning wheel. Playback refuses to start.

Looking at your logs I believe you have (had) two versions of this file…

I suspect you need to empty your trash as plex most likely needs to delete this reference to the old file after you added a different later version. You may even need to plex dance the episode/show.

Yes, I had a few versions of that episode but fixed them and guess I needed to dance the dance to get Plex back on the same page.
