Webui inaccessable when there are two servers on the same network

I am in the process of upgrading my plex server from a windows server(x.x.x.5) to one that is working on truenas scale(x.x.x.10). The initial setup went alright and everything seemed to be working correctly yesterday They are running on different IPs and the servers have different names. I also have chosen not to migrate anything from the old plex server settings. The media files are getting moved over to the new server but that is about it.

My issue began today when I logged in to continue working on the new server. It doesn’t show as a server option in my plex dashboard. It only shows the old server. This is while logging directly into the x.x.x.10 IP of my new server. You go into the settings and all of the libraries, settings and even the remote access setting appear as if I was connected to .5 even though .10 is what is in my address bar. I tried seeing if I could select the other server in the drop down but it doesn’t appear.

It is also interesting when I turned off plex on the old server and then restart the new server. The settings come up from the new server. This is a problem though. I shouldn’t have to turn off my active server while I work on getting the new server up and running. They are different servers on different IPs on a local network. I should be able to manage the correct server if I am literally logged into that server’s IP.
