So i read on the “Audio Configuration Guide - Plex Media Player” guide (https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/212072167-Audio-Configuration-Guide-Plex-Media-Player) that im suppose to go to Settings > Audio to change the settings. But i do not have any “audio” settings there. All i can see is the server settings that i can see via the server app. Were do i configure the audio settings via the Plex Media Player app?.
When playing videos, im hearing a lag / cracking sound every 4-7 seconds, which is really annoying and need to fix this.
Screenshot of the view that i have in the settings. It basically look like the server settings. I downloaded the Plex media player from the plex download section
You are in desktop mode. From the home screen of the app there is a tv mode button in the top right corner. If you click that it will enter a full screen TV mode with all the audio settings you are seeking.

Ive just spent hours trying to sort out the audio in PLex for my new Atmos Amp, why the hell aren’t the audio settings in with all the other settings in the normal home screen, why do you have to go into full screen mode? Ridiculous…
