The promo code for Western Digital is being rejected, I assume it is due to their site redesign but I thought it would be good to flag. Is this a known issue?
“Mringseis” - I too am getting rejected when attempting to purchase a 6TB Red PRO NAS Drive. I thought it was due to the drive being $10 off on WD site over the weekend, but trying it again this morning at full price, it won’t take the code. I tried the EU code on PLEX site as well, no dice. I am waiting until 10am CT to contact WD and speak with them. I am EST so, let the clock begin. I’ll report back, what I find/hear.
Contacted WD just now - Site Upgrades are the culprit. The codes on PLEX site, are old codes. I got a new code Generated and it worked. Just call WD Customer Service.
