Hi, I understand there’s a server update available. I don’t know how to go about it. I tried WD first, but their support pointed me in your direction.

I downloaded this bin:

PlexMediaServer-1.24.3.5033-757abe6b4-MyCloudEX2Ultra_OS5

Where does it go?

I have this NAS set up as JBOD. Does that matter?
