What did you guys do to Windows Player and Server?

I’m all for updating software when needed but you guys screwed around with both the windows player and server until you broke them both, The Windows player has always been solid but this ;latest version crashes on an almost daily basis and I can’t even use the latest version of the Windows player because I can’t watch TV. You’ve never been able to get the pause live TV working right. Say what you want about Microsoft but Windows Media Player paused live TV 25 years ago and it always worked flawlessly. You people at Plex need to get your act together or someone else will and all of you will be looking for a new job.
