Live TV broken on Windows Media Player and new Plex App

Several bugs:

  1. Media Player crashes upon a user login, but does not on non-Windows machines (FireTV and Mac OS). Reinstalling did not fix. Other users fine, but none of them have Live TV.

  2. Plex app has record but no “watch” ability for Live TV.

  3. Home users are unable to granted permission to watch Live TV (in contradiction to the web site documentation).
