What does DEBUG in a log mean ? Does it mean something is not working or problematic?

Debug is the level. In your PMS settings you can set how much info is logged. You want debug enabled incase you need to look for problems. If you don’t care for this info, you can turn it off but will need to turn it on before reproducing a problem is you need assistance.
