Channel number/Name: Kino Cult
What happened to Kino Cult? It is showing as unavailable / offline in the Plex Live TV.
It’s either a licensing agreement issue of the channel or just an error that perhaps Plex needs to update the stream feed configuration on their end.
Everything seems to be working and streaming directly from the website though.
I am told the contract with the owner ended, so the channel had to be taken down. This is par for the course in the streaming world, unfortunately.
Maybe the contract can be renewed, but one can do nothing but wait if and when that may happen.
Thank you for letting us know. I will just say one last thing. It would be nice to get a warning notification 
of channels whose contracts are near ending. We have this with Netflix content with LEAVING SOON.
I posted about this long ago. Turning channels off at the end of the contract is inevitable and part of doing business but Plex also has an obligation to its users who use Plex Streaming VOD and Channels to communicate what’s leaving, not just being added.
May I ask what’s the point of being able to add a FAVORITE channel when it’s gone and unlisted the next time someone takes a look at Plex Live TV?
This is something a Plex social media intern could work on.
