What is "Plex Tuner Service"

I see Plex Tuner Serv always running, but I don’t use Plex Live TV.
Is there a setting to turn it off?
Doesn’t use much cpu, just curious

As you correctly deduced it is for use with Live TV & DVR, their is no official way to turn it off.
