Is it a way to share playlists with shared users? Or just your own playlists?
It is a hub (the horizontal “band” of items) which appears on the “Recommended” tab of a library, if you have created playlists which include items from this library.
With these checkboxes you can make it appear or disappear.
You need to keep in mind that playlists as such are still handled as they were before:
Other users won’t be able to see or use them, unless you explicitly share a playlist.

Playlist sharing is a thing now?! Wow, that’s been like the most requested feature for years…
It is possible, but probably not like you imagine it.
@OttoKerner thank you for the explanation. So it doesn’t show up under their playlists, it shows up under some ‘shared’ tab. That’s disappointing
