My server is 2-3 time a day using all my upload, and I can’t find out what/who is using it. Is there af way to find out?

Do you allow anyone to sync from your server? Those won’t show up under what’s playing.
Your PMS logs should indicate what is going on.
No one can sync from the server, and I can’t find any answer in the logs
