What were you thinking with the Xbox app redesign?

It looks like it was rushed and poorly thought out. It’s also confusing enough to push new users to close your app and uninstall it. For example. Your first message is to navigate to a tab at the top. Okay. You move the cursor there and it says you should press up according to the arrow in the UI, when in fact you should be pressing A. If you press up you ACTUALLY go to the change server screen though, and it puts a check like you did something when in fact you’ve changed nothing. If you want to succeed in attracting new users on Xbox you’re going to have to rethink this rushed looking change.

I love the new look and feel!
There are some bugs wich should never have passed the beta test process, but the first update seemed to have elimated some of those already. Also remembering the last library I entered doesnt work to well atm but I’m sure these will be fixed too.
As for the first steps you are guided through, I never had any problems following them and populating my dashboard because of it. But I guess my IT background made it easier for me, although quite some friends (with no IT background) with a xbox didnt have problems with this either…
