Server Version: 1.17.0.1841
This morning (4am EST) I was listing to a Podcast and all was fine. This afternoon (4pm EST) I got a yellow triangle ! on my mobile app for podcasts.
So I just loaded the video version in Web Shows and used the PiP mode to minimize to a corner of my GPS app and listened that way.
Get home (5:15pm EST) to check the forums to see if anyone else had an issue and now my PMS says both are unavailable?
Any idea what’s happening?
Fascinating. I went to enable Web Shows and Podcasts on my server (version 1.18.0) and even though they’re enabled, I can’t get them to show up at all on the Web Client or on my iPhone…
And this https://status.plex.tv/ says they’re “operational”:
Edit: Ooops, I forgot, these items are moved to a section called Plex in the sidebar.
If you go to More> and scroll all the way down until you see Plex, do you see a working version of them?
So mine also says…
So I went to PMS PC and checked to make sure they were enabled…
even tried to go to them on the left menu and they are showing there…
Go to Plex Web on Desktop still showing error but also look in the top right corner, why isn’t my photo showing here?
But show here in the Account section?
Whatever has changed in the background since last night has fixed this issue. Podcasts seem to be back and no error ! mark is showing anymore.
