Whats On - Unexpected error occurred

I have a Plex Server running on Debian with Live TV / DVR coming from a HD Homerun. I use this server exclusively to record shows and has been running great.

However as of the last week or so I am having an issue, and if I select Whats On or Browse I get an error message of “Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred.”

If I click on the Retry button shown soometimes it populates and other times it comes up with the error message again.

I have tried refreshing the guide, optimizing the database and clearing bundles and it has not helped.

Any ideas how to fix this? Its hard to find new shows I may want to watch or record if I can’t see them.

Thanks.

I’ve seen the same thing, my server is running on Windows 10. It’s not a feature I use often so I just ignored it, but I am seeing it.

You mean something like this?

I was able to replicate with my server and “What’s On”. “Browse” is working for me but I can’t get whats on to show anything. Passing this along as a bug report. Thanks for the submission!

You know… sometimes the stars align! Just heard back from the team here that this was known about and is fixed and will be included in an upcoming version! This should addressed in 4.120.

Huh, and here I thought it was because I disabled “Movies and Shows on Plex”, and this was the hub that displays that content.

I was expecting it to show my DVR’s content here, but I don’t use that often, and figured it was simply a new hub for the free Plex stuff.
