What's the best way to report performance issues with the new transcoder?

Tonight was the first time I used the updated PMS, with the new transcoder, to watch a file which required transcoding. I had problems with unwanted pauses and messages about poor network performance preventing playback. I do not think that the problem is my setup though because it has been flawless for years, it’s hard-wired, etc etc. I have watched zillions of things and Plex has been perfect every time.

I moved to another room with a TV that did not require transcoding anything, and playback was fine.

I suspect this has to do with the updated server and all the new transcoder updates, but how can I actually grab the data that is needed to verify that assumption and make a real bug report?

If there are instructions on exactly what to do to make a good report, I will be happy to follow them.

Enable debug logging, reproduce the issue, download your PMS logs, share here. Provide details or a sample of the affected file. Share your expected result vs what is actually happening. If you’re comfortable, downgrade to the previous version and confirm that this is an issue introduced by the new transcoder.
