Plex server reporting server issues with playback

Currently I am running Plex on 2 Windows 10 machines.
One is a dedicated Plex box the other is not. Since performing the latest update I am receiving reports from users that 1. the transcoder failed or 2. multiple playback failures.

at first i thought this was a disk I/O error and one of my drives was failing. I have been monitoring the Plex server from a web page in the lower corner of my screen and noting when people are indicating having an issue. My wife uses the Tv in the House and watches a lot of shows on repeat E.g she re watches shows she has already seen. However it is not limited to internal use external clients have received these errors as well. It is very hit and miss as to how these errors show up. Sometimes no issue and other times nothing but issues. I use several different devices to watch the shows on Samsung and Sony Tv’s an Amazon Firestick an Xbox one. all seem to be having varying degrees of the same issue. Biggest issue is i religiously use the Firestick and everything i watch is fine no issues.

I do the updates religiously regardless whether fixes pertain to my system or what i use. I would love someone at Plex to go through the changleog for the last update to see if a setting is being recursive or causing these transcoder issues.

I am currently running the onboard Intel GFX card and had considered installing a Better GFX card however the server logs don’t show anything but RAM and CPU timers so I am unsure whether this might in fact fix the issue.
