Should all Plex Pass members report issues here first?

Sadly, this has just become a catch-all. Because Plex doesn’t respond to forum posts, you never know if they just don’t give a crap or if it’s just not being seen in the sub-forums.

So now general discussion has become a sloppy mess of bug reports, wish lists, and other gripes. Welcome to Plex… Prepare to stare into the abyss.

I would say absolutely not. Why do you want to handicap yourself. The PP section is for PP members, and only PP members. You come to this forum to get help/information. Might as well get the most help possible. You never know, a non-PP member may know your issue but will never see your posts to help.
