as above is there any ETA for when plex will allow me to browse plex content on my windows phone and fling a movie directly to xb1 plex app? i notice even the 360 can do this, but not the xbox one, think the xb1 doesnt support companion protocols or something like that. thank you.
Like you suspected, the Xbox One app currently does not support Plex Companion. Until that support is implemented into the App, it will be impossible to fling to the app.
While the developers have stated it is on the radar for features to implement for feature parity, there has not been a timeline or ETA for this feature released.
Can this be given some priority. I am sure a lot of users would want to fling from their laptop or phone to the Xbox One.
