Not able to update the server/

Hi, Im not able to update the server to 1.22.3.4523 version, can you suggest what seems to be the problem?

You’re gonna need to provide more details. Why can’t you upgrade? Are you getting an error or something?

This is my question, why can`t I upgrade? no error, it stays on the following screen, like forever

Did you check if PMS is running? That screen is waiting for that. If there was an error during the install or an issue restarting, that screen won’t update.

Also, minimize your windows and make sure there isn’t a dialog box that is waiting for you to do something.

The PMS is running and there is no dialogue box waiting for me to do something.
Is there another solution?

I have not seen that error in other situations so I’m not sure what’s going on. Please try the following:

  • Open task manager
  • End task anything related to Plex
  • Restart PMS
  • Reload Plex Web

Does it still show PMS is updating?
