I cant hear the movies i reproduce on my app tv i was able to get sound when y play them.
I have already reset the app and checked the audio settings from the app and Tv Need help, the topics on the tech support menu are useful

When playing something on the TV try logging in to another Client and look at the activity dashboard in the top right.
You should see the TV instance and what codecs it’s trying to play (and if it’s direct playing / transcoding), maybe there’s a mismatch between chosen codecs and TV compabability.
