No sound via official app on certain titles but sound when casting same title on same Vizio tv

Sometimes I try to watch a few movies or shows but with the official app on Vizio, I get no sound but I can use the cast option on my phone for the same title and it works perfectly. It only happens on certain titles. When I look at my dashboard it still uses the exact same audio format.
