I've had this problem once before, over a year ago. The metadata databases no longer work. They always say no match found when they clearly matched earlier movies just fine, but can no longer find even those movies.
I found a thread around that time that said to delete them so they rebuild or something. Now I just see all threads trying to talk coding and that isn't up my ballywick.
So, how do I rebuild the agents so they work again?
