I cant get any of the metadata agents to work

It auto generates a preview from the middle of the show or movie, but when scanning it doesnt find any matches for anything. It worked with the first scan when I set up the server, but hasnt worked since. I am running it on a win 7 box. When I manually try to force refresh it says there are no matches on any item, even if i specify a db.Logs.zip (3.07 MB)

Couldnt get it resolved by deleting the Framework.bundle and System.bundle so I blew away the user and it rebuilt the libraries. Seems to be working now.
