I had synced/downloaded shows on my tablet which worked great one day when I was connected to the internet, and the next day when on a plane and no internet, the shows showed as needing to sync and I was unable to view them. Once home and connected to the internet again, the shows showed as synced again.
During the problem, Downloads & Sync showed “Not syncing, go online to sync 0%”, but before and after it displayed the library names if my synced shows.
Exactly same behavior for me. The files existed on my Kindle Fire but only when I had internet connection would it recognize them as downloaded. I was on a plane and tethered to my phone while boarding and was able to play even when the network connection went away. Interestingly, after finishing an episode if I rolled directly to the next one it would continue to play. If I did anything else, when I came back I could not play anymore.
Just upgraded server from prompts, don’t know what it was before.
