So I have been using the new android mobile app for the past 3 days now and it’s been great so far
However noticed another issue which is as follows
1/ I put some items into download
2/ And it downloaded them fine
3/ Then I start watching said item out of the download section (meaning i was on my library as usual and playing in online mode, so i DID NOT went into the section named download to play the file there)
4/ Then internet got cut off and the playback stopped (however on the old version of the app it switched automatically to the downloaded file and it didn’t interrupt the playback at all)
5/ So I went into the download section and started playing it but it started the file from scratch (as it didn’t sync between the offline and online version)
6/ And when internet came back the playback stopped once again (but on the old version it doesn’t and just goes back to online mode and keeps playing without interruption)
7/ But worse, the sync didn’t work either and it went back to when I was playing the file in online mode (at step 3)
And it does that no matter the file or download
So I have
- REstarted the app => still the same
- REstarted the server => still the same
It’s definitely the app as it didn’t use to do that
