When Searching and downloading subtitles playback with fail, without subs enabled playback is ok. Some video with included Sub also work, issue is only when searching in plex for the subtitles.
Playback error
Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.
This issue started happening about 6 months about since then I’ve done a number of Plex updates and QTS updated but always the same message.
Is anymore able to help with this?
Plex server console givens several warning and errors.
