This is more of a feature request.
I am in Ukraine now. And there are frequent DDoS attacks on our internet providers so internet goes down.
For old Samsung TV when there’s no internet access it is still possible to connect to local plex server.
But for new Samung TVs like Q80 it’s not possible also via web interface as well.
If it’s possible to have some sort of access to local server without internet it will make PLEX useful again.
