When using Google Maps on my Android phone, Plexamp track info used to be visible -- no more

For the longest time when using Google navigation on my Android phone, if Plexamp was playing the map screen would squeeze in track info. This no longer happens, and the problem persisted across a recent phone and Android OS upgrade.

Was the feature removed? Is it a Plex problem? Or an Android problem? Thanks if you’ve got any ideas.

(Note this is not in reference to Car Play, I am talking about a phone using the phone’s own display.)

Thanks! Very helpful to know it should still be working. I’ll figure it out. Man, Android can be quirky.
