If I’m playing plexamp then Google maps voice guidance does not play. Works with Spotify or other apps. Plexamp pauses for a few seconds, then resumes.
We pause, then resume instead of volume ducking (to be addressed), but I don’t know why you wouldn’t hear Google Maps, haven’t heard of that issue before.

Strange thing is that I see the music pause msg on my car head unit and if I tap the car volume control it plays the guidance. That said, the guidance is out of sync with pause with music returning while guidance playing. I just tap the volume as opposed to turning up or down significantly.
Not running any of the beta versions of android auto or Google maps. Just current version. It’s only plexamp that has this impact though. I kept missing my turn offs when I went for a road trip over the weekend. 
Didn’t make the plexamp connection until Monday though.
hopefully this will be addressed in the next version as we’ve moved to ducking.
I think it has to do with the crappy Bluetooth Stack in the mylink head unit. Too much data and the packets get dropped. Thanks for looking anyhow. Love Plex!
