When using the Plex iOS client, it crashes frequently

I‘m not aware of a particular issue but cannot reproduce this. Do you see the same issue after updating iOS (current version is 17.4.0)?

I wonder, 4K HEVC is the offending file, I noticed in the slideshow. Maybe a Audio issue with Trans coding.

The audio is indeed Dolby Atmos.
Plex is not compatible with this format, is it?
