What has happened to the UI for PS4? It only options for “continue watching” “on-deck” “recently added”… But there is no way I can browse all Movies, all TV shows etc. The only way I can watch anything is to browse on my desktop, pick a movie, then go back to my other PS4 and type it in the search bar after I’ve made a decision. In fact it’s been harder and harder to browse anything lately. UI for PS4 was great about 2 or 3 years ago, but it’s just been getting more clunky and not easy to navigate. Is this a bug? Is that feature ever coming back?
To get to your movies you have to click on more… then Plex then eventually get to your stuff there but I just found a hidden control to pin your sources to the panel on the homescreen. What you do is go to this section where you can see all your sources/folders on the left. i.e movies, music, photos etc… then select the one you want to pin & move left. You should see a tiny rectangle highlight. Press on that & it lets you pin that source to the home screen.
