Where are my Synced playlists? (iOS)

Server Version#: 1.23.2.4656
Player Version#: 7.18 (iPad)

I created 3 smart playlists using the Web on my computer. On my iPad, I selected each of these playlists, and tapped sync. The sync manager tell me all three playlists are synced.

I disconnect my iPad from WiFi, so now I’m off-line. I can select Downloads and Sync, then my music library, but all I see is a long list of songs. Where are my playlists? How can I select a specific playlist when I’m off-line?

I tried PlexAmp, but it appears PlexAmp uses different storage and cannot see the 8000 songs I’ve downloaded into Plex on my iPad. Since I plan on having a dozen playlists, many with overlap in songs, I chose to use Plex because it doesn’t download songs multiple times like PlexAmp does (if the song is in multiple playlists).

so, any suggestion or trick to selecting a playlist when off-line?

Thanks

More info. I noticed there is a filter for synced music, and one of the filters is Collection. I’ve created some smart collection, but when I tap Filter, then Collection, no collections show. :frowning:

bump bump

I experience the same thing on my iPhone 12. The Playlist option isn’t there in Downloads & Sync when I’m offline. The music is there but not in a playlist, just as a bunch of songs. How do I get the Playlists to show in Downloads & Sync as a Playlist when I’m offline?

Just bumping this post because I am having the same issue for months now and we have no answer on this. I don’t want to see this thread closed by the 3 months rule without an answer like many others.
