Is there any particular place that playlists are stored locally on the server? I can't seem to find a folder in '/Plex Media Server' that playlists could be stored in.

They are stored in the database. They arn't an actual file.
Well that makes things difficult for me. I don't suppose there's any way to write a script or use plex API to create playlists for Plex outside of the Plex interface?

I have an awesome plex music playlist that I would not and could not have put together myself. Marylin Manson, Beyonce, Outkast and Snoop on one playlist - Just wanted to export it for an event offshore that is not going to have wi-fi or streaming capability
