In TV Mode of PMP, I am missing the letters to scroll through my library more quickly. Am I tripping or have they been removed?

Itâs a known issue and is caused by how the app and the new server versions are interacting with each other.
The fix is already in the pipeline and will be released shortly.
Not just in PMP but also other Plex âbig screenâ apps.
Thank you for clarifying!
Hi team. Has there been any further information supplied around this issue and the fix that is being worked on?
Iâm on a Mac Mini with Plex Media Server Version 1.18.3.2156-349e9837e and Plex Media Player 3.0.0.24-ff3794e40. Display at 1080p resolution.
I donât see any letters along the side and I noticed shift+letter shortcuts donât work. No idea if they used to work in PMP, but docs seem to suggest they should. (I switched over from Plex Home Theater just now.) Is it likely to be this same bug? Or a separate one I should report?
UPDATE: Tried 2.47.0.1035-e74d341b where I see the letters, though shift+letter still doesnât work, even though itâs documented here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/208052807-controlling-the-app/
Fine until I updated. Now the alphabet pick list is gone again. Whatâs up?
Okay, I discovered that switching to TV view shows the alphabet, but if I may, navigation from a desktop with this view is suboptimal and now I canât figure out how to update General, Tags, etc⊠Since I use âInfoâ frequently to see which folder a movie is in on my server, this is extremely limiting. There must be a reason for the change (forcing us all to use the TV interface) but now how do I get to the prior functionality?
