Where can I download older versions?

where can I download older versions of Plex Media server? I just set up my HDHomeRun Quadro, but it will not stream on Plex, I get “Live TV Playback could not be started” . I have found several posts that say that had similar issues and rolled back to 1.13.8.5395. Where can I find that build for centos 7?

Same question - I’ve upgraded to 1.15.5.994 and now PMS won’t start.
