Since around October, my live TV/DVR has stopped working on Plex for no real reason. I run a Silicon Dust HDHomeRun Connect Duo and the feed is absolutely fine on the network but via Plex it won’t work. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting and the settings themselves on the server side are absolutely fine (it see’s the channels and says tuners are available etc). However, I just get “Playback error, Live TV playback could not be started”.
I’m wondering if something in a server update broke it (this has happened in the past according to some Reddit posts). How can I locate the official download file for a version dating pre-October to check if it is this version of Plex media server?
I have had no problems before with the Live TV feed and nothing has changed/broken that I can diagnose to cause this error.
