Hello, I have setup and been using an Amazon cloud sync with no trouble. I am not an every days user of Plex and my server at home only runs when I need it to, so the cloud sync has worked well to play the odd media remotely. Yesterday I logged into Plex only to find that my Cloud Sync was no longer in my server dropdown in the web play, I also checked my iPhone App and Android - all the same no cloud sync. I started my home server just in case, this made no change.
I went into the cloud sync settings to check and all is entered correctly, I even reauthorised it just on case. No change.
I attempted to sync new media to it and it seemed to start the process fine, was able to select the cloud sync as the target but no change on the player front.
All of my players can’t see my cloud sync anymore.

i got the exact same issue anyone know a fix
I just had to reload the lot in the end… ie; delete and start again, I left the data on the remote site but it just ignored and overwrote it.
I have the same exact issue. Plex actually moved my movies from the app folder to the trash folder in dropbox. Now when I try to resync I don’t get NO cloud sync server- I have loaded and unload 3 times! horribly frustrating…does anyone know of any other option that you can watch your personal movies through?
