Where do I post to get help with a TV remote issue?

I’m not sure which forum to post my request for help. Can somebody please direct me to the correct forum?

I have a Toshiba Chromecast TV, Plex installed on a Windows server, and am casting from a Chrome browser on a Windows 7 PC. All is well except if I use the TV remote to pause a stream. Pausing works fine, but the remote’s Play/Pause button is unable to resume the stream.

I know it’s not an issue with the TV, remote, or browser since I’m able to pause+resume when casting from non-Plex sources such as Netflix.

Does nobody know?
This is really irritating, and fairly embarrassing with the family…“Hey dad, great media server, too bad the Play button doesn’t work on the TV remote like it does with Netflix.”
(Again, this is a Chromecast TV, not a smart TV…it relies entirely on Plex using the remote correctly.)
