There aren’t that many posts each day. I posted 5 days ago and there is apparently no email support. Why does no one from Plex respond?
Looking now.
There’s over 500 comments each day. Might not be a lot for Microsoft, Amazon, or Apple with their 1,000s of support members. We’re nowhere near that.

Then why are you adding so many new features instead of tuning up and repairing the ones that are already there.

We are trying to do both. This is one of the reasons we are stopping support for some features, to allow more resources to be spent on other matters.
