Latest Windows version 1.13.8.5395 does not start

Started happening after a windows reboot. I suppose Windows updates were installed. Updating Plex server to latest build did not help.

Windows Firewall disabled.
Anti-Virus disabled.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Plex.
Hosts file contains:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost

Tried IE. Same issue.

No good: browsers refuses to load the localhost page at http://127.0.0.1:32400/web

Does Plex support monitor this forum?

Yeah nobody reads this. No support at all…

You say you can’t access the Web, but is PMS running? Do you see the icon in the system tray? Is it listed in the task manager as running? You posted a little bit of the log. That would indicate it is running. Could be just the Web portion that isn’t working. Have you tried the hosted version at https://app.plex.tv/desktop?

PMS is running and visible in system tray.

clicking on it opens browser window to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web but that refuses to load " This site can’t be reached 127.0.0.1 refused to connect."

Ok, if you don’t mind. Go to Settings \ Server \ General and make sure “debug logging” is enabled and “verbose logging” is off. Change them and save the changes if needed. Than restart PMS, wait 3 minutes without doing anything, then load the hosted app, go to Settings \ Server \ Help \ Download Logs. That will generate a zip file. Upload that file here.
